Tonight was the first night that "Ms." Ami handed over the leadership of Troop 24 to the girls. For the next 6 meetings, the girls will take turns in pairs leading each meeting. They will decide which badges we will work on, which activities we will do for those badges, and organize any guest speakers they would like to have help.
Our very first leaders were Kaitlyn and Megan A. They did an awesome job!! They helped the troop earn the Wilderness badge. Besides organizing a guest speaker, they had the troop do 5 more activities to earn the entire badge in one meeting! Way to Go Girls!!!!
Everyone was present, except for Jacee, who was home with strep throat. We missed her!
