To celebrate World Thinking Day this year, we went to an International Dinner with the older girls in the council. Each troop chose a country to represent. They had to prepare a food from that country, then make a presentation with facts about the country, and make swaps to give out to the other girls. Five girls made calzones, and Jacee, Kaitlin, and Janna gave a great presentation (one of the best of the night!). Brooklyn and Bailey helped put together the swaps (fake "Euro" coins). Everyone had a fun time, and got to eat lots of yummy foods. At the end, the girls got to participate in a H-U-G-E Friendship Circle. It was a great Girl Scout night.
Sorry about the sideways pictures; my photo editor wasn't cooperating!)
